Welcome to the official website for Faith Covenant Tabernacle. We are an independent, Charismatic church located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Faith Covenant Tabernacle is a member of the National Evangelical Christian Fellowship of Malaysia.

The vision given by the Lord for this church is

    To pattern after the Antioch Church through 

     Evangelism,

     Edification,

     Equipping and

     Empowering His labourers for the harvest. 

I truly believe that God is leading us into a time in which we will witness the last days in His timetable and a period of great harvest.

The Bible records for us in Matthew 24:3-14 concerning the end of the times:

“Now as He (Jesus) sat on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of sorrows.

“Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name’s sake. And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. But he who endures to the end shall be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.”

We are now watching these signs, spoken by Jesus 2,000 years ago, come to pass. None more so tragically than the December 2004 tsunami in Asia which took an estimated 300,000 lives, a catastrophe so great that it was previously unimaginable in Asia. I believe signs like these are a wake-up call to the world to be ready for the return of our Lord.

On the other hand, we are seeing thousands upon thousands turning to the Lord today, even entire nations. This marks the beginning of the great end-time harvest the Lord spoke about to his disciples in Luke 10:2 - “The harvest is truly great, but the labourers are few, therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into His harvest.” 

What is our appropriate response to the Lord in these times? I believe every believer should earnestly seek to grow in the Lord through faithful study of the word of God, through prayer, by being faithful in the local church and by becoming equipped for the work of the ministry. I am also fully convinced that the Lord will be able to use you, whatever your abilities are and whatever background you have come from, to be a labourer in His glorious harvest.

If you have yet to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, I urge you to do so today. He is a faithful God who sees the desire of our hearts to know Him. If we seek Him, we will be found by Him. He wants you to open your heart to Him. And you can begin by studying the Bible, by praying to Him and by attending a Spirit-filled church where the name of the Lord Jesus Christ is exalted. I assure you, my friend, that God sees your desire to draw near to Him. And He will show Himself faithful.
